And everything to do with the fact that every summer you walk into the season already feeling behind…already dreading the pool, already negotiating with yourself at the BBQ, already calculating whether the vacation is going to "ruin" the progress you haven't fully made yet.


Telling yourself that because the kids are out of their routine, so is yours. Already worried about the constant cookouts and not wanting to miss out on the “fun” with the drinks. Justifying yourself ahead of time because the group you’re staying at the lake house with doesn’t “eat healthy”. 


And underneath all of it is this belief you've never fully challenged:

You can't have fun, relax, and feel at peace in your body at the same time.


So you pick one. And you spend the whole summer waiting to start again in September.


That's a baddie who's been benched by a plan that was never built for her.


Not this year.

This is the summer SHE shows up.

Not the version of you who sucks it in for pictures. Not the one who skips the pool because the cover-up feels safer. Not the one feeling like shit from last night's choices while everyone else is just... living.


Her. The baddie who's been waiting on the sidelines and is ready to be put in the game (okay am I too far with these sports analogies 😆).


The one who feels good enough to be IN the pictures,  not just because she's supposed to be, but because she actually wants to be there. 


The one who eats the food, has the drink, and wakes up the next morning not only feeling proud, but also knowing exactly how to get realigned without drama.


The one who fully enjoys summer without disappearing into her own head.

This isn't a reset. It's a reckoning.

The Summer I Became a Baddie is a free 3-day live series for the high-achieving woman who is done shrinking herself  (physically, mentally, emotionally) to fit a plan that never fit her.

Aligned. Your food, your movement, your habits…all built to fill the gap between the woman you’ve been showing up as the woman you want to be. Not the fantasy version with six free hours, zero cortisol, and kids who stay on a schedule in June.


Done with the BS. The Monday morning hangovers and promises of starting fresh. The all-or-nothing spirals. The "I'll get serious when summer's over" lie you've been telling yourself for years. The bullshit excuse that you just don’t have the motivation.

Three nights. One identity shift.

🔥 Night 1:  She's Been There All Along | May 18 

You don't need to become a completely different woman to have the body and confidence you want. But you do need to get clear on who she actually is,  that version of you that's been buried under everyone else's needs, every failed restart, and every plan that wasn't built for your life. We're starting summer by finding her again and deciding she's worth showing up for.


🔥 Night 2:  Build the Body She Actually Lives In | May 19 

Cookouts. Vacation dinners. Long days at the pool. Late nights on the back porch. The baddie you're becoming doesn't avoid any of it,  she just knows how to handle her shit without blowing up her progress or her peace of mind. This night is about eating, moving, and showing up like a baddie all summer long, not just on your best weeks.


🔥 Night 3:  The Baddie Doesn't Start Over | May 20 

Build the kind of consistency that survives a week at the beach, a long weekend with family, and every imperfect summer moment in between so September isn't a restart. This baddie doesn't do restarts. She just keeps going.

By the end of these three nights, you'll:

→ Know exactly why summer keeps derailing you, and why it was never about discipline 


→ Have a fat loss approach that works at the BBQ, on vacation, and on every chaotic Tuesday in between

Hey! I'm Kayla

I’m the founder of H.E.R. Glow Up Coaching and the creator of B.A.D. Bitch Summer — a coaching experience for the woman who is done letting her life, her schedule, or the season dictate how she feels in her body.


I’m also a certified health, nutrition, and mindset coach with over a decade of experience helping high-achieving women break the all-or-nothing cycle and finally feel consistent, confident, and in control again.


And I know this work personally.


I’ve lost 30 pounds the wrong way, gained it back, and had to rebuild not just my body, but how I showed up for myself… while raising two boys and building a business in the middle of real life chaos.


The women I coach aren’t lazy.
They’re just f*cking exhausted from trying to follow plans that were never built for their real lives.


The full schedules. The shifting hormones. The summers that don’t slow down just because you “have goals.”

I know what it’s like to stand there and do the mental math… "Do I cover up, or do I just get in?" To be surrounded by people you love, but stuck in your own head the entire time.

And what I’ve learned, both personally and through coaching hundreds of women, is this:


It’s not that you need a better plan. 

It’s that you need to start leading from the version of you who already knows how to show up.


Because tracking harder, starting over, and trying to “be more disciplined” isn’t what creates lasting results.


Becoming the woman who naturally shows up for herself… that’s what does.


That’s the work I do.


And it’s why the women I coach are able to drop the all-or-nothing mindset, repair their relationship with food, and lose 20+ pounds in a way that actually sticks… without burnout, guilt, or obsession.
