Most plans assume you have unlimited mental bandwidth, a predictable schedule, stable hormones, and the energy to track everything.

Your life is dinner decisions at 5:30PM, kids who need you the second you sit down, hormones doing whatever the f*ck they want, and energy that disappears by mid-afternoon.


That’s why nothing has worked before. 

And where Bad Bitch Summer is different, because it was built for your REAL life.

Week 1 — FUEL Like H.E.R. | CONTROL Reconnect.

We're returning to who you were before you lost yourself in the chaos of motherhood and LIFE.


Right now, you're doing the math before you even sit down. You're scanning the table at the cookout before you grab a plate. You're calculating whether the margarita is worth it before you've even ordered. You spend more mental energy deciding whether to eat something than you do actually eating it, and by the time dinner's over, you're exhausted in a way that has nothing to do with the food.


This week we end that. Not by handing you a list of "BBQ-safe" swaps, but by rebuilding how you make decisions when there's no perfect option in sight. You'll leave Week 1 knowing exactly what to do at the vacation dinner, the cookout, the road trip where the only options are gas station snacks and a drive-thru because you finally have a framework that works when real life sh*t shows up.


By the end of Week 1, you're not doing math at the dinner table anymore. You're just…eating😎.

Week 2 — THINK Like H.E.R. | AUTHORITY Refine.

This week is about noticing what's working and adjusting, not quitting because it’s not happening ‘fast enough.’ 


You know the pattern... Monday and Tuesday you're locked in. Wednesday there's a work event: open bar, cheese board, the whole thing and you make a choice you didn't plan for. By Thursday you've already decided the week is shot. Sunday night you're back to "Okay, Monday I'm starting fresh."


This is a pattern that's been running on autopilot for years.


This week we break it. 


You'll become the woman who sees Wednesday as just that: a freakin Wednesday, not as evidence that you can't do this. 


One off moment stops meaning everything. You adjust, you keep going, and you stop making your whole week pay for one night.


By the end of Week 2, Wednesday is just Wednesday. You eat the cheese board, you wake up Thursday, you keep going. 


No dramatic internal meeting and you wake up the following Monday not having ‘thrown it all away’. 


Just a woman who knows how to handle a Wednesday.

Week 3 — MOVE Like H.E.R. | OWNERSHIP Reclaim.

You had a 6am workout on the calendar. The baby woke up at 4. 


By the time everyone's fed and the chaos settles, it's 7:45 and the window is gone. 


You tell yourself you'll do it later. 


Later doesn't happen. 


It's been 12 days now and the longer it sits, the more impossible it feels to restart, because now it's not just a workout, it's a thing you've been avoiding.


This week we fix that. We rebuild movement around the life you're actually living, not the version where you have an uninterrupted hour every morning. 


The 20 minutes while the kids watch a show counts. The walk after dinner counts. The workout you actually do is the only one that matters.


By the end of Week 3, you stop rescheduling the workout for when life calms down but simply do the one that fits TODAY.

Week 4 — HYDRATE Like H.E.R. | IDENTITY Reinforce.

Here's what happens in week four of most programs: the initial high is gone, you're not seeing the dramatic changes of week one anymore, and it starts to feel like maintenance. 


So you start to coast a little. You skip the water. You stop logging the coaching prompts. You tell yourself you've already done the hard part.


Then the program ends and within three weeks you're back where you started, wondering what happened, because the habits were attached to the “4 week sprint”, not changing you from the inside out.


This week we go back to the fundamentals: hydration, sleep, recovery, not because they're exciting, but because they're the reason everything else works. 


They're also the first things that disappear when life gets busy, which means they're exactly what we need to make automatic before June 26th.


By the end of Week 4, the program is over and you don't notice, because these habits are now INGRAINED and not just something you did for a “4 week challenge”.

You don't need to. The whole point of H.E.R. Jumpstart is teaching you how to succeed with B+ effort instead of ghosting yourself every time life gets messy. You'll still build momentum and see progress, even if you're not perfect. Think of your efforts as a dial: 0 being the least amount of effort and 10 being the most. The goal is to learn how to keep the dial from getting to 0 and being OK with it not being at a 10. 


The core of this program is mastering nutrition and mindset basics, not piling on another “do-this-exact-workout” rule. That said, I know some women want structure for movement, so I do include optional 30-minute full-body workouts you can do at home or in the gym.


Outside of the kick-off and wrap-up calls, you'll have:

  • A private community chat inside my app where I'll post reminders, wins, and real-talk about each weekly pillar.
  • Weekly live coaching calls
  • Individual weekly check-ins from me so you're not left spinning your wheels.
