I’m the creator of The Baddie is Back 3-Day Event and founder of H.E.R. Glow Up Coaching - where I help high-achieving women break the cycle of starting over, stop overthinking every bite, and finally feel confident, consistent, and in control of their body again.
I’m a certified nutrition and health mindset coach who’s been in this game for over a decade - from teaching group fitness, to running local bootcamps, to now coaching hundreds of women who were tired of feeling like their body and willpower were in a constant tug-of-war.
After losing 30 pounds the wrong way, regaining it, and then finally learning how to rebuild my body and my confidence through mindset and movement (while raising two boys and building a business, so basically non-stop chaos), I realized the real transformation doesn’t come from tracking harder… it comes from becoming the woman who naturally shows up for herself.
So I made it my mission to help other women do the same, without the burnout, guilt, or obsession. And I'm proud to say that over the years, I’ve helped women drop the “all or nothing” mentality, repair their relationship with food, and lose 20+ pounds for good, even with hormones that feel unpredictable, full-time careers, families, and schedules that don’t quit.
