I’m the creator of The Baddie Breakthrough 3-Day Event and founder of H.E.R. Glow Up Coaching - where I help high-achieving women break the cycle of starting over, stop overthinking every bite, and finally feel confident, consistent, and in control of their body again.
I’m a certified nutrition and health mindset coach who’s been in this game for over a decade - from teaching group fitness, to running local bootcamps, to now coaching hundreds of women who were tired of feeling like their body and willpower were in a constant tug-of-war.
In 2014, I was 3 months postpartum with my second son and felt completely lost. I remember crying to my husband, “I don’t even know who I am anymore”.
Long story short (which if you want the full one, click here), fitness and health gave me my life back. It gave me my body back, but moreso it gave me a PURPOSE.
It brought out my inner baddie and helped me create a process to help other women do the same: become the best, most badass version of themselves internally AND externally, especially after giving yourself to everyone else first for so many years.
But of course my body transformation didn’t start off smoothly. After losing weight (the wrong way), regaining it (cuz again…the WRONG way), and then rebuilding my body and confidence the right way, I learned that:this the hard way:

It comes from becoming the type of person who has healthy habits as their default; what I now call my inner baddie.
Because I needed something that I could follow when life was LIFE-ING and Lord lemme tell ya, it has done just that, yet I’m still living in a body I love and feel sexy in.
