I'm mom of two boys, wife, coach, and woman who had to lose herself a little to finally figure out who she was meant to become.
When I left my career to be a stay-at-home mom, I thought I’d love slowing down.
Instead, I woke up one day and realized I didn’t even recognize the woman staring back at me. My whole identity had been wrapped up in being “mom,” “wife,” “caretaker” — everyone else’s everything.
I loved my family, but I was running on empty.
And I remember thinking, I just need something for me.
So I set a goal. Not a weight-loss goal — a me goal.
I started running, joined a moms’ bootcamp, then a group fitness class, and somewhere between the burpees and the sweat, I started to feel alive again.
That one decision snowballed into becoming a group fitness instructor, then a personal trainer, and eventually the coach I am today.
But the real transformation wasn’t physical — it was identity-level.
The reality is that health doesn't equate to being smaller.
It’s about being Healthy, Empowered, and Resilient — showing up for yourself like you matter, inside and out.
That’s exactly what I teach now through H.E.R. Glow Up Coaching — helping high-achieving women reclaim their confidence, energy, and body — without tracking like a pyscho every day.
You don’t need to start over.
You just need to start showing up as H.E.R
